Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with entire functional team
  • Drafting requirements for the Website Content Management and catalogue Experience based on the application functionality
  • Investigating and analyzing issues and clearly able to distinguish the problems in applications and arrive at root cause
  • Should have knowledge of Agile Methodologies.
  • Attend Scrum meetings and take ownership of the module and represent the team for that module
  • Testing software – web applications / applications against the system requirements and specification requirements
  • Working closely with the internal and external design teams in identifying problems
  • Document identified problems with enough detail and in a manner that supports resolution
  • Produce periodic status and operational reports

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • With total experience of 4+ yrs and a minimum of 3+ years of BA experience with a significant focus being on Content Management System (CMS) in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (Mandatory)
  • Ability to build strong working relationships
  • Own the end -end CMS cycle for an international client
  • Confident and creative thinker
  • Extensive experience with a variety of Business and analytical tools
  • Experience in E Commerce Domain
  • Experience in handling international clients and international brands
  • Good Site-Merchandise experience to handle end-end updates through Salesforce Commerce Cloud CMS
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Passion to maintain a high degree of quality
  • In-depth knowledge of the SDLC as well as various software testing methodologies
  • Experience with Agile Development
  • Experience of mid-sized to large website projects
  • Shift time 3PM to 12AM IST
  • Location: Chennai
