We are looking for a Technical Executive who will handle site visits, guide contractors/mistris during fitting and installation, and resolve technical queries or issues related to our products. The role requires both technical know-how and problem-solving skills while dealing directly with clients and on-site workers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit customer/contractor sites to check and resolve product fitting or installation issues.
  • Guide mistris/contractors on proper installation techniques for tiles, sanitaryware, and other products.
  • Address customer queries and troubleshoot technical problems on-site.
  • Provide after-sales technical support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with the sales and service team for quick resolution of issues.
  • Maintain records of site visits, problems identified, and solutions provided.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle and guide on-site workers (mistris, contractors).
  • Willingness to travel for site visits as required.
