Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Travel Consultant to join our dynamic team in Dwarka, Delhi. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to sell holiday and tour packages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell and promote itinerary packages, holiday packages, and tour packages to customers.
  • Understand customer travel needs and suggest suitable travel plans and packages.
  • Provide accurate information on destinations, travel options, costs, and itineraries.
  • Customize travel packages based on customer preferences and budgets.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely support throughout the booking process.
  • Coordinate with travel agents, hotels, and service providers to ensure smooth delivery of services.
  • Manage bookings, cancellations, and amendments as required.
  • Maintain records of customers, transactions, and follow-ups.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Qualification & Skills Required:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in travel consultancy, holiday package sales, or tour package sales.
  • Good knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales orientation with target-driven attitude.
  • Good command of English and Hindi.

Pay: ₹20, ₹26,000.00 per month
