*Job Summary:*

The App Dev & Support Engineer I will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and supporting applications that align with business requirements. *Key Responsibilities:*

  • Assist in designing, coding, testing, and implementing application solutions.
  • Provide Level 1/2 technical support for business applications, addressing incidents, service requests, and problem tickets.
  • Monitor application performance and ensure system availability.
  • Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment activities.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, QA, and operations teams for requirement gathering and solution delivery.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve defects or performance issues in applications.
  • Document technical processes, changes, and support activities.
  • Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and organizational coding standards.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance support efficiency and application quality.
