Job Description:

The Government of Oman is seeking qualified Internists / Internal Medicine Specialists to join its healthcare network. The role involves diagnosing, treating, and managing a wide range of adult medical conditions, providing high-quality inpatient and outpatient care, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and manage internal medicine cases with evidence-based approaches
  • Provide consultation and follow-up for chronic and acute medical conditions
  • Coordinate with other specialists and healthcare staff for comprehensive patient care
  • Maintain accurate patient records and participate in clinical audits
  • Contribute to medical education and training initiatives as needed

Requirements:

  • MD in Internal Medicine from a recognised institution
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
  • Valid license/eligibility for medical practice
  • Excellent clinical, diagnostic, and communication skills
