Join Lagan Makeover Studio as a Social Media & Customer Relations Assistant. The ideal candidate will help grow our online presence, interact with customers, and ensure sales recording and marketing operations run smoothly. This role is ideal for college students or open school students seeking real-world experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Create engaging posts, reels, and stories for Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and other platforms to showcase Salon work and attract followers.
  • Basic Design Skills: Use Canva or similar tools to design visually appealing content for promotions and daily posts.
  • Customer Interaction: Greet studio visitors, respond to customer queries on social media, and manage appointment bookings, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Sales Recording: Accurately enter and maintain daily sales records using spreadsheets or studio systems for reporting.
  • Marketing and PR Basics: Promote ongoing studio services/offers via social channels and help plan small promotional campaigns to generate new leads.
  • Learning Aptitude: Stay updated on the latest social media trends, features, and best practices to keep studio pages fresh and engaging.
  • Other Duties as Assigned: Assist in organizing events or workshops and support team with general administrative tasks.

Incentives

  • Fixed salary: ₹10,000–₹12,000 per month
