Job Title- Senior Consultant – SAP Plant maintenance (PM)

Job Location: Mumbai

Experience: 6-8 Years in SAP

Role: In this role, the candidate shall support global Plant maintenance business team in various areas such as Manufacturing, Service, and Maintenance related processes. The applicant should also have broad knowledge of SAP. The applicant should have the ability to support advanced business functions, translate complex business requirements into solution designs, and build and implement systems and technical solutions for operations.

Job Requirements:

· Around 6-8 years of total experience in the SAP Plant maintenance focused on SAP ERP design, implementation, and support.

· 6-8 years of experience in SAP Plant maintenance and Project systems modules with secondary expertise in Materials Management within manufacturing organizations.

· Deep understanding of the integration with S/4 HANA Cloud PM and other SAP modules such as MM, PS, FICO etc.

· Strong knowledge of PM and should have experience in at least 1-2 end-to-end S/4 Hana implementation/migration project.

· Must be familiar with implementing Global Template

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead SAP PM module implementation, configuration, and customization aligned to maintenance processes.

· Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into effective SAP PM solutions.

· Manage testing phases including unit, integration, and UAT to ensure quality delivery.

· Develop and deliver end-user training; provide ongoing support post go-live.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration and resolve issues promptly.

· Maintain clear documentation of processes, configurations, and user procedures.

Must Have:

· Hands-on experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (ECC and/or S/4HANA) configuration and support.

· Strong understanding of plant maintenance workflows such as works orders, preventive maintenance, and asset management.

· Proven skills in requirement analysis, testing coordination, and training delivery.

· Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

· Experience working across SAP project lifecycles.

Good To Have:

· Exposure to SAP S/4HANA PM and migration projects.

· Knowledge of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and integration with SAP MM/QM modules.

· Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager, governance, and change management processes.

· Basic understanding of SAP technical elements (ABAP, interfaces) for better collaboration.

· Industry experience in manufacturing, utilities, or similar sectors is a plus
