Job Summary:

Gaurav Promoters & Builders is looking for a dynamic and dedicated Marketing Executive with 1–3 years of experience in marketing or field sales. The role includes door-to-door customer outreach, lead generation, and promoting our residential real estate projects. Candidates should be confident, customer-focused, and willing to travel within Raipur.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct door-to-door visits to promote ongoing and upcoming projects
  • Generate qualified leads and explain project details to potential clients
  • Maintain and update daily logs of leads, follow-ups, and conversions
  • Present project features, pricing, and benefits clearly
  • Participate in local promotional activities and marketing campaigns
  • Collect customer feedback and share market insights with management
  • Build strong customer relationships and meet monthly lead targets

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing or field sales (real estate experience preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident, approachable, and target-driven
  • Ability to handle field work and travel within Raipur
  • Basic understanding of real estate marketing is an advantage
