Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant General Manager / Deputy General Manager – Raw Material Handling System, located in Jamuria. The role involves overseeing and managing raw material handling systems, ensuring smooth and efficient operations of material movement, maintaining compliance with safety standards, and optimizing workflow processes. The manager will be responsible for supervising teams, coordinating with suppliers and vendors, maintaining equipment, and addressing operational challenges effectively to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in managing raw material handling systems, including operations and workflow optimization.
• Strong leadership, team management, and conflict resolution skills to ensure effective supervision of teams.
• Understanding of safety standards, equipment maintenance, and operational compliance.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills with a focus on efficiency.
• Experience in collaboration with suppliers or vendors and knowledge of supply chain logistics is preferred.
• Minimum educational qualification: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Previous experience in raw material handling or industrial operations management is advantageous.
