Job Description:

We are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to manage and oversee housekeeping staff and operations. The ideal candidate will ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and efficient manpower management across various sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage housekeeping staff for multiple sites.
• Arrange manpower for new and existing housekeeping projects.
• Handle staff replacements and daily deployment.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Train and guide team members to deliver quality service.
• Coordinate with management and clients for smooth operations.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to housekeeping activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to arrange and manage manpower efficiently.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Preferred candidates: Those familiar with S.G. Highway & Vaishnodevi area.

Salary:

₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)
