We're hiring ServiceNow Champs who can wear multiple hats — Support Engineer, Platform Expert, Integration Specialist, or Automation Enthusiast — depending on where your strengths shine brightest.

What We're Looking For

You don't need to tick every box — we're looking for strong fundamentals, curiosity, and the drive to build on the ServiceNow Platform.

Must-have Core Skills:

  • ServiceNow Platform experience (CSA, ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, etc.)
  • Strong in Database (SQL / MySQL / Oracle) concepts
  • Proficient in Scripting (JavaScript, Python, or Java)
  • Basic exposure to Linux / Unix environments
  • Excellent communication & analytical skills

Nice-to-have / Track-specific Skills:

  • ServiceNow Platform experience (CSA, ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, etc.)
  • Understanding of ITIL Framework
  • Hands-on with API Integrations, Cloud, or UI components
  • Exposure to Infrastructure automation or workflow scripting
