Role & Responsibilities

  • Perform SAP Basis administration, including installation, configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of SAP systems.
  • Execute S/4HANA migrations, upgrades, and implementations independently.
  • Manage system refreshes, client copies, patches, kernel upgrades, and performance tuning.
  • Ensure high availability, backup, and disaster recovery across SAP landscapes.
  • Support multiple databases such as HANA, Oracle, DB2, and MSSQL.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Handle cloud-based SAP environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) and coordinate with infrastructure teams.
  • Maintain system documentation, perform health checks, and apply automation where possible.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Basis and HANA administration.
  • Strong expertise in S/4HANA conversion and migration using SUM/DMO tools.
  • Experience with Linux/Unix and Windows operating systems.
  • Knowledge of Solution Manager 7.2, system copies, and client operations.
  • Certified in SAP Basis or HANA Database Administration (preferred).
  • Exposure to cloud infrastructure and automation tools is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Willingness to work in night shifts or weekends as per project requirements.
