Key responsibilities

Accounts

  • Preparation and finalisation of accounts for proprietorships, partnerships, and companies
  • Assisting in statutory audits and tax audits

GST Compliance

  • Preparation and filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B
  • Performing GST reconciliation of GSTR-2B with books of accounts
  • Preparing GST working for monthly/quarterly returns

TDS Compliance

  • Preparation and filing of TDS Returns
  • Preparing working for TDS deduction and deposit
  • Handling TDS mismatch and related queries

Income Tax

  • Filing of Income Tax Returns (ITR) for individuals, firms, and companies
  • Assisting in preparation of tax computations

Registrations

  • Basic knowledge and support for GST, PAN, TAN, Professional Tax, ROC registrations and amendments

Other

  • Coordinating with clients for data and documents
  • Maintaining proper records and ensuring timely filings
  • Assisting seniors in advisory and litigation matters as required

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 2 years experience working with a Chartered Accountants firm
  • Hands-on experience in Accounts Finalisation, GSTR-1, GSTR-3B filing, and GST reconciliation (GSTR-2B with books)
  • Working knowledge of TDS returns, ITR filing, and basic registrations under various statutes (GST, PAN, TAN, Professional Tax)
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally/Accounting software, and government e-filing portals
  • Good understanding of Indian accounting and taxation concepts
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, and adherence to timelines
  • Good written and verbal communication skills

Qualification

  • B.Com/M.Com/Inter CA or equivalent
  • Additional certifications in GST or Taxation will be an advantage

  • Full-time (Monday to Saturday)
