We're Hiring: Data Scientist (Python Developer) | 2–4 Years of Experience

Are you passionate about turning data into actionable insights and building scalable solutions?

We are looking for a Data Scientist with strong Python development skills to join our growing team

Key Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and analyze structured/unstructured data

Build and deploy machine learning/statistical models

Perform EDA to uncover patterns and insights

Develop reusable, scalable Python code for data processing

Create dashboards, visualizations, and reports

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve business problems

Take ownership of projects from concept to delivery

Contribute to product development and innovation

Engage with clients to understand requirements and deliver value

Skills & Qualifications

2–4 years of experience in Data Science & Python Development

Strong expertise in Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, Matplotlib, Seaborn)

Hands-on experience with ML algorithms (Classification, Regression, Clustering, NLP)

Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases

Experience with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Python dashboards)

Cloud exposure (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client management skills

Ability to take ownership, work independently, and collaborate effectively

Good to Have

Deep Learning (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras)

Big Data tools (Spark, Hadoop)

MLOps (Docker, MLflow, Airflow)
