Position:
Sales Trainee (full time)
Job Location:
Kolkata (Eco Space, New Town). Work From Office.
Eligibility Criteria:
- MBA(If post graduate)
- Any Graduate
- 60% marks through out
Commitment:
Candidates need to provide a 36 month minimum service commitment, including 6 months training.
Compensation:
- For MBA: Up-to 4.2 LPA plus incentives after successful completion of 6 months training
- For graduate: Up-to 3 LPA plus incentives after successful completion of 6 months training
Paid amount during 6 months training:
- Rs 15,000 per month for MBA
- Rs 12,000 per month for any graduate
What You'll Do
- Communicate with international clients via email, LinkedIn & calls
- Learn end-to-end sales process (lead generation to client handling)
- Support senior sales team in proposals & follow-ups
- Grow into a full-time Business Development role with global exposure
