We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor – Interior Works to oversee day-to-day site activities and ensure the timely and high-quality execution of interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and attention to detail to ensure that all works are completed according to drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate interior fit-out and finishing activities on site.
  • Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, materials, and quality standards.
  • Manage site workforce, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain project timelines.
  • Monitor daily progress and report updates to the project manager or management team.
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized worksite.
  • Conduct material inspections and verify quantities used on site.
  • Identify and resolve site-related issues promptly to avoid delays.
  • Coordinate with designers, architects, and clients for smooth project execution.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design (preferred).
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical documents.
  • Basic computer literacy (Excel, email reporting, etc.).
  • AutoCAD

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹9, ₹29,964.01 per month
