Role & responsibilities

  • Supervise and monitor all site activities to ensure execution as per approved drawings and structural designs.
  • Plan, organize, and manage day-to-day site operations to achieve project targets and timelines.
  • Ensure accurate implementation of RCC and structural works (foundations, columns, beams, slabs, etc.) with adherence to engineering standards and specifications.
  • Read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings effectively and coordinate accordingly.
  • Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve site-related technical issues.
  • Ensure compliance with quality control, safety, and environmental standards at site.
  • Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, material consumption records, and measurement sheets.
  • Manage material and manpower planning for efficient site operations.
  • Verify and prepare contractor bills as per work progress and BOQ.
  • Use Tally for maintaining project-related financial and billing entries (as required).
  • Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of site activities, inspection reports, and test certificates.
  • Mentor and supervise junior engineers, site supervisors, and other staff members.
  • Report regularly to Project Manager on progress, issues, and required corrective actions.
