Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Engineer located in the Greater Chennai Area. The Service Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, providing field service, offering technical support, performing maintenance and repair tasks, and ensuring effective communication with clients. Day-to-day tasks will include diagnosing technical issues, conducting routine inspections, and ensuring that all systems operate efficiently and safely.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Technical Support
  • Field Service and Maintenance & Repair experience
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Relevant experience in the safety and security solutions industry is a plus
  • Technical diploma or degree in a related field preferred
