Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior UX Designer to join our dynamic product team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for shaping the user experience of our core products. You will tackle complex design challenges, transforming intricate financial processes into intuitive, accessible, and trustworthy experiences for our users. As a senior member of the team, you will not only own the end-to-end design process but also act as a mentor and a key voice in influencing our product strategy and design culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive and execute the end-to-end UX design process for major product features, from initial research and concepting to high-fidelity prototyping and user testing.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing) to deeply understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points within the financial domain.
• Translate complex requirements, user flows, and financial data into clean, intuitive, and easy-to-use interfaces.
• Create wireframes, user journey maps, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma
  (Mandate)
• Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Data Analysts, and Marketing to define product requirements and deliver polished, user-friendly solutions.
• Use data analytics and user feedback to inform design decisions and iterate on existing features to improve key metrics like conversion, engagement, and user satisfaction.
• Mentor junior designers, champion UX best practices across the organization, and contribute to the development and maintenance of our design system.
• Clearly articulate and present your design rationale and vision to stakeholders at all levels of the company.
