Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Bengaluru for a Founding Engineer
. The engineer will lead the 0→1 technical build of the Fit Choice World platform—designing, developing, and deploying scalable systems across AI, social, and Web3 layers. Responsibilities include architecting backend APIs, building intelligent frontend interfaces, managing integrations with token and booking systems, and establishing core engineering standards for future team expansion.

Qualifications

  • 4–7 years of full-stack development experience , Python/FastAPI, or )
  • Proven ability to design and deploy scalable cloud architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
  • Hands-on experience with AI frameworks (OpenAI API, LangChain, TensorFlow, or PyTorch)
  • Proficiency in database systems (PostgreSQL, Redis, or MongoDB)
  • Understanding of Web3 principles (wallets, smart contracts, tokenization) is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and version control (Git)
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Previous experience in an early-stage startup or founding team is highly desirable
