Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Digital Marketing Executive – Client Servicing to support day-to-day communication and coordination with clients. This role involves understanding client requirements, writing clear briefs, coordinating with internal teams, tracking ongoing projects, and ensuring smooth execution of digital marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Communication & Coordination

  • Serve as a point of contact for assigned clients for daily queries, updates, and deliverables.
  • Gather client requirements and communicate them clearly to internal teams.
  • Participate in client meetings, prepare minutes, and track all follow-ups.

2. Writing Briefs

  • Prepare clear and structured briefs for design, content, social media, and performance marketing teams.
  • Ensure briefs include objectives, target audience, deliverables, tone, references, and timelines.
  • Update and revise briefs based on feedback from clients and internal teams.

3. Project & Task Management

  • Coordinate ongoing campaigns, content calendars, creative assets, and performance reports.
  • Manage approval cycles between clients and internal teams.
  • Track project timelines and ensure timely delivery of tasks.

4. Digital Marketing Support

  • Assist with basic campaign monitoring across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Support social media scheduling and content coordination.
  • Conduct basic competitor and keyword research when needed.

5. Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and client presentations.
  • Maintain well-organized documentation of briefs, approvals, and deliverables.
  • Help summarize insights and learning from campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related fields.
  • Internship or 6–12 months experience in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to write clear, structured briefs.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts.
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in an agency environment.
  • Proficiency with MS Office / Google Workspace
