- Ensure exceptional customer service standards, resolving complaints and building strong customer relationships.
- Monitor and manage the store budget, prepare financial reports, and ensure accurate cash handling procedures.
- Plan and execute in-store promotions and events, collaborating with the marketing team and adjusting strategies based on competitor activities.
