Job Title: Ad Run Specialist
Job Overview: As an Ad Run Specialist, you will oversee the execution of digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and others. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that advertisements run efficiently, achieving set goals for brand awareness, engagement, lead generation, or sales. You will also monitor ad performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide regular reporting on key metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and optimize advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Ad Optimization: Regularly review ad performance and make necessary adjustments to improve reach, CTR (Click-Through Rate), conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI).
- A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to identify the best-performing ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key metrics (impressions, clicks, conversions) and prepare performance reports for stakeholders.
- Troubleshooting: Address any technical issues related to ad delivery, budgeting, or platform restrictions.
- Audience Targeting: Work with data teams to ensure effective audience segmentation and targeting strategies.
- Ad Creative Coordination: Collaborate with the creative team to ensure ads are aligned with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
- Budget Management: Manage ad budgets, ensuring that campaigns stay within budget while maximizing ad spend efficiency.
- Platform Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest changes and best practices for ad platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in digital advertising, campaign management, or a related field is typically required.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other advertising platforms.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, platform-specific reporting tools).
- Familiarity with A/B testing, targeting strategies, and optimization techniques.
- Attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot issues quickly.
- Education: A degree in marketing, business, or a related field may be preferred, but not always required.
