Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and supporting overall marketing activities to achieve company growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential clients through calls, emails, and social media.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and marketing efforts.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in sales/marketing or freshers with strong communication skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
