Role Description : As a Control-M Administrator, you will be a critical part of our IT operations team. You will be responsible for maintaining the stability and performance of our Control-M environment, ensuring that job schedules run smoothly and efficiently. Your expertise in Control-M administration and Linux will be essential for delivering high-quality job scheduling solutions. Responsibilities :

  • Provide production support and troubleshooting for Control-M application and infrastructure issues.
  • Perform Control-M version upgrades, agent upgrades, testing, and deployment on Linux environments.
  • Work with various application teams to provide consultancy on Control-M offerings.
  • Develop and maintain Control-M infrastructure solutions to support user requirements.
  • Administer and maintain Linux servers supporting the Control-M environment.
  • Perform system monitoring and troubleshooting.
  • Ensure system security and performance.
  • Create and maintain code in line with Software Engineering best practices.
  • Develop infrastructure code improvements.
  • Utilize DevOps tools like Jenkins and Git for automation and version control.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex Control-M and Linux issues.
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for Control-M configurations and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Provide excellent verbal and written English communication.
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision (where required).

Must-Have Skills :Control-M Administration :

  • At least 5-6 years of Control-M Administration experience.
  • Past experience with Control-M version upgrades, agent upgrades, testing, and deployment on Linux environments.
  • Strong Linux Administration skills.

  • At least 5-6 years of Control-M Administration experience.

Technical Skills :

  • Expertise in Control-M administration and troubleshooting.
