Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant with at least 3 years of professional accounting experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, preparing financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting financial planning and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations
  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS) and company policies
  • Handle tax calculations, filings, and audits in coordination with external auditors or consultants
  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and documentation
  • Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Monitor cash flow and prepare management reports for decision-making
  • Support process improvements to enhance accounting accuracy and efficiency
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations
  • Stay updated with changes in accounting regulations and taxation laws

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or financial management
  • Strong knowledge of Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or other accounting software
  • Solid understanding of financial reporting, auditing, and tax compliance
  • Proficient in MS Excel and financial analysis
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines

Preferred Skills:

  • Professional certification (e.g., CA Inter, CMA, CPA) is an advantage
  • Experience in MIS reporting and financial data analysis
  • Knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS, GST)
  • Exposure to ERP systems

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
