Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Trainee Counselor, located in Agra. The Trainee Counselor will be responsible for guiding and supporting students in their educational journey, providing career advice, assisting in course selection, and addressing any academic challenges. The role also involves maintaining student records, conducting counseling sessions, and collaborating with educators to ensure student success.

• Strong interpersonal and counseling skills
• Ability to understand and empathize with students' needs
• Organizational and record-keeping skills
• Proficiency in using digital tools and educational platforms
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Education, or a related field
• Previous experience in educational counseling is a plus
