Software Architect

• Role Overview

We are seeking a Technology Architect with 10+ years of experience in designing and

implementing enterprise-grade systems, with deep expertise in architecture, design patterns,

and scalable solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Go, JavaScript,

and Python, and a strong background in financial services, data security, APIs, and

distributed systems.

You will play a pivotal role in defining technical architecture, guiding development teams,

ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and building scalable, secure, and interoperable

solutions.

Key Responsibilities

● Architecture & Design

○ Define, design, and review scalable, secure, and resilient architectures for the

AA ecosystem solutions and reference implementations.

○ Establish design patterns, coding standards, and architectural frameworks

for development teams.

○ Translate regulatory and business requirements into robust technical designs.

● Technology Leadership

○ Provide technical direction and leadership to developers across Go,

JavaScript, and Python stacks.

○ Conduct design and code reviews, ensuring alignment with best practices.○ Stay updated with emerging fintech and open banking standards, ensuring

solutions remain future-proof.

● Domain-Specific Contributions

○ Design and oversee secure API integrations with FIPs (Financial Information

Providers), FIUs (Financial Information Users), and AAs.

○ Implement solutions ensuring consent-driven data flow, security, encryption,

and privacy compliance (aligned with RBI/DFS guidelines).

○ Architect high-performance transaction processing systems for financial data

exchange.

● Collaboration & Ecosystem

○ Work with financial institutions, fintech partners, and regulators to ensure

interoperability and compliance.

○ Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and QA teams to deliver

robust and scalable systems.

○ Mentor and coach the engineering team, fostering a culture of technical

excellence.

Required Skills & Qualifications

● Experience

○ 10+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 5+ years in software/system

architecture.

○ Strong hands-on experience in Go, JavaScript ), and Python.

○ Proven track record in designing scalable, high-performance distributed

systems.

○ Experience in financial services, open banking, or account aggregator

domain is highly desirable.

● Technical Expertise

○ Strong understanding of microservices, event-driven architectures,

REST/gRPC APIs, and messaging systems.○ Deep knowledge of security protocols (OAuth2.0, JWT, TLS, PKI) and data

privacy standards.

○ Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization

(Docker, Kubernetes).

○ Knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and data streaming systems (Kafka,

Redis, RabbitMQ).

○ Experience in DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and

monitoring frameworks.

● Soft Skills

○ Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.

○ Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

○ Ability to mentor teams and guide them on architectural best practices.
