Job Title: NTT Assistant Teacher

Job Summary:

Assist the NTT (Nursery Teacher Training) qualified teacher in delivering lessons, managing classroom activities, and supporting the overall development of pre-primary children.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the main teacher in planning and conducting age-appropriate lessons and activities.
• Assist with classroom management and maintaining a safe, stimulating learning environment.
• Help prepare teaching materials, activity sheets, and learning aids.
• Provide individual attention to children who need extra support.
• Assist in maintaining student records, attendance, and progress reports.
• Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and co-curricular activities.

Qualification & Experience:

• Graduate with NTT / ECCEd / D.Ed. in Early Childhood Education.
• 0–2 years of experience in pre-primary teaching (freshers can apply).

• Patient, friendly, and child-centric approach.
• Basic classroom management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
