We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Test Automation Architect specialized in Selenium with C# to join our Quality Engineering team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in designing and implementing test automation frameworks, as well as strong pre-sales skills, including test solutioning, responding to RFPs, and delivering compelling presentations to clients.

Automation Strategy & Design :

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable test automation frameworks using Selenium with C#.

- Drive the QE Practice activities like developing test accelerators, test utilities and developing frameworks using multiple open source and commercial tools.

- Define best practices for test automation and ensure adherence across projects.

- Continuously improve and optimize existing automation frameworks and processes.

Technical Leadership :

- Mentor and guide a team of automation engineers, providing technical direction and support.

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends like AI, Gen AI, tools, and technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.

- Ensure high standards of quality are maintained across all automation deliverables.

Pre-Sales Support :

- Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to understand client requirements and develop tailored test automation solutions.

- Participate in client meetings and presentations, demonstrating technical expertise and the value of our solutions.

- Contribute to the preparation of proposals, RFP responses, and other pre-sales documentation.

Client Engagement :

- Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing expert advice on test automation strategies.

- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and presentations for clients to showcase our capabilities and drive adoption.

Technical Expertise :

- Extensive experience in test automation using Selenium with C# along with Selenium Java & any other commercial tools.

- Proven track record of designing and implementing test automation frameworks from scratch.

- Strong programming skills in C# and a deep understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integrating test automation into the DevOps process.

Pre-Sales Skills :

- Experience in test solutioning, responding to RFPs, and creating compelling proposals.

- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Demonstrated ability to engage with clients, understand their needs, and propose effective solutions.

Leadership and Collaboration :

- Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and manage a team of automation engineers.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
