QHSE Trainer

Roles & Responsibilities

Operational Quality Lead is responsible for driving operational quality, interface with

functional team, contractors/partners to ensure implementation of data quality and

field operations quality and resolution of quality issues and opportunities.

Associated Activities

• Review/ prepare and implement Operational Quality Assurance and control Plan

(including Field and Data quality plan)

• Undertake planning of the regular and periodic site inspection
• Manage a team of data quality operators and field quality technicians.
• Ensure regular reporting and MIS preparation of the observations and action

taken to meet the quality check targets.

• Conduct/ coordinate periodical process audits in-house and project sites.
• Keep accurate documentation, perform data acquisition and statistical analysis.
• Evaluate the contractor workmanship and share findings with reporting

manager for further action.

• Undertake periodic trainings on operational quality aspects for the in-house and

partner personnels.

• Work with cross-functional teams to drive standardization and simplification in

processes resulting in improvements in operational quality.

• Identifying opportunities for improvement and track the effectiveness of

projects.

• Develop rigorous control plans, working closely with process owners, project

champions.
