As we expand, we are looking for a creative and versatile Video Editor cum Graphic Designer who can develop high-quality visual content for branding, marketing, and product communication.

This role demands strong creative instincts, the ability to generate and execute original ideas, and the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, including leveraging AI-based tools for video creation.

Role Objective

• Create compelling video and graphic content that enhances brand identity and supports marketing campaigns across digital platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams to conceptualize and develop visuals that effectively communicate product and project goals.
• Bring fresh creative ideas and use AI tools to streamline and elevate content production.

Key ResponsibilitiesVideo Editing & Production

• Edit high-quality videos for marketing, social media, product demos, explainers, ads, and branding.
• Use AI video creation tools to produce content more efficiently and creatively.
• Work on storyboarding, motion graphics, transitions, and animations.
• Optimise videos for various digital channels, including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and websites.
• Ensure brand consistency across all visuals and video outputs.

Graphic Design

• Design graphics for ads, social media, websites, presentations, brochures, and internal branding.
• Create visually appealing layouts, illustrations, and promotional materials.
• Develop original concepts and creative themes for marketing campaigns.
• Understand brand guidelines and ensure design uniformity across all projects.

Creative Ideation & Execution

• Bring proactive creative ideas, concepts, and styles to the table.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and visual strategy discussions.
• Work with content, marketing, and product teams to transform ideas into compelling visual content.

Project Management

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
• Coordinate with team members for content inputs, revisions, and approvals.
• Maintain organized file structures and project workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in video editing and graphic design.
• Strong proficiency in: Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro (optional), AI editing and creation tools (Runway, Pika, Midjourney, Kaiber, Descript, etc.)
• Solid understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, transitions, and creative direction.
• Ability to create motion graphics, text animations, and visual effects.
• Strong sense of design aesthetics, color theory, typography, and layout.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight timelines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• A portfolio showcasing video and graphic design projects is required.
