Role Overview

We're looking for a
Software Engineer I
passionate about
full-stack development
and
AI-driven systems
to join our fast-growing engineering team at Delnie Innovation Labs.

You'll work closely with our product, design, and growth teams to develop scalable, high-performance systems for
FavHiker
and other Delnie products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain

    web applications with

    backend services.
  • Design scalable
    MongoDB
    schemas and optimize database queries.
  • Develop and integrate
    AI-powered personalization
    modules using APIs and automation tools.
  • Deploy and manage applications using
    AWS ECS
    ,
    Amplify
    , or
    Serverless
    frameworks.
  • Collaborate with the UI/UX team to create seamless, responsive user experiences.
  • Ensure code quality through testing, documentation, and version control (
    Git
    ).
  • Contribute to product architecture and participate in feature planning discussions.
  • Integrate APIs and manage microservices for performance and reliability.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in
    full-stack web development
    .
  • Strong skills in

    React

  • Experience with
    MongoDB
    and
    Mongoose
    .
  • Working knowledge of
    AWS ECS
    ,
    Amplify
    , or
    Lambda
    deployments.
  • Understanding of
    REST APIs

  • Familiarity with
    Docker
    and containerised workflows.
  • Basic knowledge of
    AI/LLM APIs
    (OpenAI, LangChain, etc.) preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

    fast-paced startup
    environment.
