Our simulation division focuses on developing next-generation drone and AI-powered simulation platforms for training, defense, and industrial use.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Unity & Unreal Developer who can design, develop, and optimize interactive 3D environments and simulation-based applications. The ideal candidate should be experienced in building real-time systems, integrating physics, and creating realistic visual and functional outputs across both Unity and Unreal Engine platforms.

This is a hands-on development role where creativity, performance optimization, and technical depth are equally important.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain 3D simulation modules using Unity and Unreal Engine.
  • Work on drone movement systems, physics, and environmental interactions.
  • Integrate 3D assets, animations, and visual effects into simulation projects.
  • Collaborate with designers, 3D artists, and backend developers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Implement and optimize gameplay systems, AI elements, and camera controls.
  • Debug, profile, and optimize code and scenes for performance across devices.
  • Contribute to R&D for simulation-based training programs and real-time defense simulations.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in both Unity and Unreal Engine.
  • Strong programming skills in C# (Unity) and Blueprints/C++ (Unreal).
  • Experience in creating interactive environments and simulation mechanics.
  • Familiarity with lighting, rendering, shaders, and particle systems.
  • Understanding of physics-based systems and AI logic implementation.
  • Knowledge of integrating third-party SDKs or APIs in simulation or VR projects.
  • Good understanding of Git or similar version control systems.
  • Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in drone simulation, defense, or training software.
  • Familiarity with VR/AR development and multiplayer networking.
  • Ability to manage and deliver multiple projects within tight timelines.
