QS Engineer

Arrjavv is a leading real estate development company seeking an experienced QS Engineer to oversee our multiple projects:

As a QS Engineer responsible for cost estimation, contract negotiation, risk management, and ensuring the project stays within budget

• Develop cost estimates and budget proposals for construction projects
• Collaborate with project managers and other engineers to design, plan and oversee construction projects
• Develop cost estimates and budget proposals for construction projects
• Knowledge of QS & Billing

Qualification & Experience:

• Diploma in Civil
• B. Tech in Civil Engineering

Candidate Profile:

• Candidate must have Diploma/ B. Tech degree in Civil Engineering
• Candidate must have experience of 8-10 years
• Only MALE candidate shall apply residing in Kolkata.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD
• Must have ERP knowledge of (FARVISION)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹33, ₹45,800.00 per month
