1. Junior DevOps Engineer (2–4 Years)
Role Overview:
As a Junior DevOps Engineer, you will assist in building, monitoring, and maintaining development pipelines, cloud environments, and deployment automation under senior guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support CI/CD pipeline setup and maintenance.
- Assist in infrastructure provisioning and automation.
- Monitor and troubleshoot application and server performance issues.
- Work with developers to deploy and manage applications in cloud environments.
- Maintain system documentation and follow best practices.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 2–4 years in DevOps or related roles.

The Lead DevOps Engineer will drive automation initiatives, mentor junior engineers, and ensure application deployments are reliable, secure, and scalable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of CI/CD pipelines.
- Manage cloud infrastructure and optimize cost, performance, and security.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to streamline releases.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement system improvements.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 5–8 years in DevOps roles.
- Expertise in CI/CD tools, containers (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud platforms.
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Shell, Groovy).
- Experience in monitoring/logging tools (Prometheus, ELK, Grafana).
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

3. DevOps Manager (8–10 Years)
Role Overview:
As a DevOps Manager, you will lead multiple DevOps teams, define strategy, oversee infrastructure operations, and ensure smooth, automated delivery of applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee DevOps teams across projects.
- Define DevOps strategy, architecture, and best practices.
- Lead cloud migration, automation, and system optimization initiatives.
- Work with stakeholders to align infrastructure with business goals.
- Ensure security, compliance, and disaster recovery strategies are in place.
- Mentor senior and lead DevOps engineers.
