Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Pune. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, managing relationships with existing clients, and overseeing the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals. Daily tasks include developing and executing sales strategies, conducting market research, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the engineering and logistics teams to ensure client satisfaction. The role requires regular travel within the assigned territory to meet clients and attend industry events.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Experience in conducting market research and analyzing sales data
  • Knowledge of engineering or technical products is a plus
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with local & international financial regulations, including GST, Export-Import compliance, and Income Tax
  • Handle bookkeeping, prepare financial statements, and conduct monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closings
  • Manage GST filing, TDS, Export-Import duty calculations, and ensure timely tax compliance
  • Prepare and submit financial reports related to export-import transactions, including customs documentation and export incentives
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, especially in handling vendor and customer transactions for import-export
  • Monitor cash flow, manage banking, and foreign exchange transactions
  • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis to support strategic decisions
  • Assist in funding processes and maintain investor-related financial reporting
  • Implement financial controls, risk management, and process improvements
  • Manage payroll and employee reimbursements
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and government regulatory bodies as needed.
  • Manage payroll and employee expense reimbursements
