Zoho Books Accountant / Bookkeeper (Freelance / Remote)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Zoho Books Accountant to manage our company's bookkeeping and financial record-keeping. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Zoho Books and capable of handling end-to-end accounting tasks, including data entry, reconciliation, and transaction matching.

Responsibilities:

  • Record all day-to-day financial transactions in Zoho Books.
  • Match and reconcile bank transactions with corresponding invoices, bills, and receipts.
  • Verify payment entries and ensure accuracy in all records.
  • Reconcile customer/vendor ledgers, and ensure data consistency.
  • Approve and finalize invoices after verification.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Generate periodic reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, etc.) when required.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in accounts or entries.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Zoho Books accounting and reconciliation.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication skills.
  • (Optional but preferred) Knowledge of Indian accounting and taxation (TDS, GST, etc.).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
