Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Developer with a strong background in Spring Boot, Hibernate, ELK Stack, MySQL, PL/SQL, and JSDL. The role involves building scalable enterprise applications, optimizing backend performance, managing relational databases, and ensuring application observability through ELK.

Key Responsibilities


•    Design, develop, and maintain Java-based full-stack applications using Spring Boot and modern front-

end frameworks.


•    Develop and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.


•    Integrate and manage Hibernate ORM for data persistence and performance tuning.


•    Implement caching mechanisms (Ehcache / Redis / Caffeine) to improve application performance.


•    Design, write, and optimize PL/SQL queries, procedures, and triggers for MySQL databases.


•    Configure and maintain ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) for logging, analytics, and system

monitoring.


•    Query DSL for elk document.


•    Ensure secure development practices with Spring Security / JWT/Micro service.


•    Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and product teams for continuous integration and delivery.


•    Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and Agile ceremonies.

Required Skills & Qualifications


•    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.


•    3+ years of professional experience as a Java Full Stack Developer.


•    Strong knowledge of Core Java (JDK 17 or later), Spring Boot, and Hibernate.


•    Hands-on experience with MySQL and PL/SQL programming.


•    Experience working with ELK Stack for log management and analytics.


•    Familiarity with front-end technologies such as Angular, React, or


•    Experience with caching frameworks (Ehcache, Redis, or similar).


•    Proficiency in RESTful web services, JSON, Git, and Maven.

Preferred Skills


•    Knowledge of Microservices, API Gateway, and Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).


•    Familiarity with message brokers like Kafka or RabbitMQ.


•    Experience writing JUnit / Mockito tests.


•    Strong understanding of application performance optimization and profiling tools.

Soft Skills


•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


•    Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.


•    Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently or within a team.
