Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Architect with proficiency in BIM software to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the planning, design, and coordination of architectural projects, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with industry standards using BIM tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare architectural designs and presentations using BIM software (e.g., Revit, ArchiCAD, Navisworks).
  • Collaborate with project teams to create detailed 3D models and construction documentation.
  • Coordinate with structural, MEP, and civil teams for BIM model integration.
  • Participate in design development, working drawings, and construction documentation stages.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and quality standards.
  • Conduct clash detection and resolve design conflicts within BIM models.
  • Maintain project BIM libraries, templates, and standards.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent.
  • 1–5 years of experience in architectural design with hands-on BIM expertise.
  • Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.
  • Understanding of construction processes, materials, and detailing.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment with multiple stakeholders
