Position Type: Full-TimeRole and Responsibilities:Shape and execute Krea University's content strategy, ensuring alignment with institutional goals and messaging priorities. Create high-quality content for digital and print platforms, including the website, blogs, newsletters, brochures, annual reports, email campaigns, social media, video scripts, marketing campaigns, and promotional materials. Develop compelling narratives and craft marketing campaigns that showcase Krea's thought leadership, faculty research, student success stories, campus initiatives, and alumni impact

Develop content for marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with institutional messaging and engagement goals

Work with faculty, students, alumni, and internal teams to create thought leadership pieces, research articles, case studies, testimonials, and promotional materials. Support social media content creation, including writing posts, captions, and campaign narratives that align with Krea's engagement strategy. Collaborate with design and video production teams to create multimedia content, including videos, infographics, and interactive materials.

Maintain editorial standards, ensuring consistency in brand voice and messaging across all materials. Conduct interviews, research, and fact-checking to develop credible and impactful content. Optimise and update website content for engagement, accuracy, and SEO best practices.

Create and refine press materials, donor reports, alumni stories, institutional publications, and leadership communications, including speechwriting and press releases. Qualifications & SkillsBachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field. Minimum 3-4 years of experience in communications or a related role, with a strong focus on content creation and storytelling.

Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences. Experience writing for digital platforms, including websites, social media, and email marketing. Ability to translate complex academic concepts into engaging and accessible content.

Proficiency with digital tools, website management, and social media platforms. Familiarity with SEO best practices and content management systems (CMS). Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.

Strong collaborative skills with the ability to work effectively across departments and diverse stakeholders. Knowledge of design, video production, or multimedia storytelling is a plus. Prior experience in the education sector is preferred but not mandatory.
