We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic Senior DevOps / Platform Engineer to join our growing technology team. This role demands hands-on expertise in cloud platforms, automation, containerization, and infrastructure security. Key Responsibilities

  • Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure on Azure and/or AWS.
  • Implement automation using Terraform, Ansible, Groovy, and other IaC tools.
  • Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub, Argo CD (GitOps), SonarQube, and Checkmarx.
  • Manage containerized environments using Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker, and CNI.
  • Administer and troubleshoot application servers like Jboss, Tomcat, Apache, and IIS.
  • Ensure infrastructure security including SSL, GPOs, VA scans, and OS compliance.
  • Perform database export/import across environments (Oracle/SQL).
  • Monitor systems using tools like the ELK Stack.
  • Support and troubleshoot web-based applications and infrastructure issues.
  • Collaborate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.
  • Engage in R&D initiatives to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with network and firewall teams to ensure secure and efficient connectivity.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years in a relevant technical role within large organizations.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Azure and/or AWS cloud platforms.
  • Deep understanding of CI/CD, GitOps, and DevOps best practices.
  • Proficiency in Spring Boot, NodeJS, Python, and microservices architecture.
  • Expertise in Linux, Windows OS, and IIS.
  • Experience with container image management, including distroless concepts.
  • Strong knowledge of networks, firewalls, and security protocols.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management frameworks.
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal, written, and presentation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Banking or Financial Services domain.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS/Azure Certified, CKAD, Terraform Associate).
  • Strategic mindset with a passion for research and development.
