We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer with 1-2 year of experience to join our team. You will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites that align with our brand and meet our business goals. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, experience with responsive layouts, and a deep understanding of user experience (UX) principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design engaging and responsive web pages, landing pages, and UI elements.
  • Collaborate with developers, content writers, and marketing teams to deliver web projects.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for websites and applications.
  • Maintain and update existing websites to improve design and usability.
  • Ensure designs meet branding guidelines and user experience best practices.
  • Optimize sites for performance, speed, and accessibility.
  • Stay updated on emerging design trends, technologies, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Web Designer or similar role.
  • Proficiency in design tools like Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
  • Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress, Webflow, or Shopify.
  • Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
  • Strong portfolio of design projects.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with front-end frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Tailwind).
  • Understanding of SEO and web performance optimization.
  • Basic knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • UI/UX certification or related degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, or Computer Science

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
