Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled Android Developer with 3-5 years of experience, with a strong proficiency in Kotlin, to join our team. While experience with Jetpack Compose is considered a plus, it's not a mandatory requirement. As an Android Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining innovative Android applications. Collaboration with our cross-functional teams will be crucial in delivering high-quality, user-centric mobile solutions.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain high-quality Android applications using Kotlin.
  2. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to define, design, and ship new features.
  3. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
  4. Conduct code reviews, unit tests, and integration tests to ensure code quality and stability.
  5. Identify and resolve performance and security issues.
  6. Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to enhance development efficiency.
  7. Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.
  8. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in Android development.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  2. 3-5 years of experience in Android development using Kotlin.
  3. Strong understanding of the Android SDK, Android Studio, and related tools.
  4. Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
  5. Familiarity with architectural patterns (e.g., MVVM, MVI) and clean code principles.
  6. Solid understanding of the full mobile development lifecycle, including deployment and app store submission processes.
  7. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  8. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an Agile environment.
  10. Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience with Jetpack libraries and Android Architecture Components.
  2. Knowledge of Android app optimization techniques.
  3. Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
  4. Published one or more applications on the Google Play Store.
  5. Understanding of backend technologies and RESTful API design.
