Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced MDM Engineer specialized in Android Enterprise to establish a robust Mobile Device Management and Mobile Application Management (MAM) system. The role includes Android Enterprise enrollment, VPN integration, policy enforcement, and Tier 2/3 hypercare support.

Responsibilities:

Deploy and configure MDM solution (Android Enterprise via Microsoft Intune).

Create and manage Android Enterprise accounts for app store & user management.

Streamline device enrollment (bulk and self-service options).

Develop and enforce security policies encryption, password, apps, remote wipe.

Configure secure VPN access for Android devices to access internal apps.

Integrate MDM with Azure AD / Entra for secure authentication.

Provide training and documentation for IT teams and end users.

Deliver Tier 2/3 escalated support for MDM enrolment/management/imaging issues.

Monitor and update MDM policies, ensuring compliance and device health.

Key Skills:

Microsoft Intune for MDM (Android focus)

Android Enterprise account setup & app management

MAM policies, compliance, and device enrollment

Mobile VPN configuration & security enforcement

Azure AD / Entra integration with MDM

Troubleshooting Android enrolment & app deployment issues

Strong knowledge of security policies (encryption, conditional access, remote wipe)

Experience:

5+ years in MDM / Mobile Security roles (Android focus preferred)

Location: Remote- Bengaluru,Hyderabad,Delhi / NCR,Chennai,Pune,Kolkata,Ahmedabad,Mumbai

Shifts:Afternoon Shift (14:0023:00) OR Night Shift (21:0006:00)

Contract Duration: 3 months (may extend)
