Job Title: Sales & Marketing

Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive

Location: Mulund, Mumbai

Job Type: - Full Time

Working- 6 Day's working & Time- at 9.30 am to 6.30 pm

Salary: 25, ,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business opportunities to achieve company sales and margin goals.
  • Identify, investigate, and actively pursue potential sales leads and prospects.
  • Act as a point of escalation for complex or non-routine customer issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and explore cross-selling opportunities.
  • Meet sales targets by increasing the client base and expanding market presence.
  • Submit daily activity reports, weekly work plans, and monthly performance updates to management.
  • Respond promptly to customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain strong client relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Education: BE/B-Tech in Metallurgy, Mechanical, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience: 1–3 years in Sales/Marketing, preferably in B2B manufacturing, industrial products, or metals.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Preferred male candidate & must reside nearby Mulund in Mumbai.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Good presentation and client interaction abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Market research and lead generation skills.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written); knowledge of local languages is an added advantage
