Key Responsibilities

  1. Design, implement, and optimize
    CI/CD pipelines
    using GitHub Actions.
  2. Lead and execute the
    migration of Azure DevOps pipelines
    to GitHub Actions with a focus on scalability and reliability.
  3. Collaborate with cloud teams to integrate and manage deployments across
    Azure
    and
    AWS
    platforms.
  4. Write and maintain
    Python scripts
    to automate and enhance DevOps workflows.
  5. Continuously monitor, troubleshoot, and improve CI/CD processes for performance and security.
  6. Evaluate and leverage emerging technologies, including
    Agentic AI solutions
    , to enhance automation.
  7. Ensure best practices in DevOps, infrastructure as code, and secure software delivery.

Must-to-Have Skills

  • 8+ years of overall
    DevOps experience
    .
  • Minimum 6+ years of
    hands-on expertise with GitHub Actions
    .
  • Proven experience migrating
    Azure DevOps pipelines
    to GitHub Actions.
  • Strong knowledge of
    Azure
    and
    AWS cloud platforms
    .
  • Proficiency in
    Python scripting
    .
  • Skilled in
    optimizing CI/CD pipelines
    for performance, scalability, and reliability.

Good-to-Have Skills

  • Exposure to
    Agentic AI solutions
    for CI/CD.
  • Experience with other DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of
    infrastructure as code (IaC)
    best practices.
  • Ability to mentor and guide junior DevOps engineers.
