About the Role:

We're looking for an experienced
Tech Lead
to architect and build
scalable distributed systems and complex data pipelines
. You'll lead a team of talented engineers, shape our backend architecture, and drive high-impact technical initiatives.

What you will do:

  • Lead the design & implementation of
    distributed systems
    ,
    microservices
    , and
    event-driven architectures
    using
    Go, Kafka, and Kubernetes
    .
  • Architect
    scalable, fault-tolerant
    data pipelines and optimize system performance.
  • Drive infrastructure automation with
    Kubernetes
    ,
    GitOps (ArgoCD/Flux)
    , and
    cloud-native
    practices.
  • Oversee
    monitoring & observability
    using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, and distributed tracing.
  • Mentor and manage a team of 5–8 engineers — fostering growth, leading sprints, and improving delivery metrics.
  • Collaborate with Product & Business teams to define roadmaps and lead major architectural decisions.

What you bring:

  • 7–10 years
    in software engineering, with
    4+ years
    in distributed systems.
  • 2+ years
    of team leadership or technical lead experience.
  • Deep expertise in
    Go
    ,
    Kafka
    ,
    microservices
    , and
    Kubernetes
    .
  • Strong grasp of
    database design & optimization
    (MySQL, MongoDB, Neo4j).
  • Proven success in
    scaling systems
    ,
    optimizing performance
    , and managing
    production reliability
    .
  • Excellent communication, mentorship, and stakeholder management skills.
