Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Meerut. The role involves various tasks to support the mission of Youths in Motion. These include promoting youth volunteerism, coordinating policy-making influences, developing skill-building programs, and fostering collaborations. The individual will work closely with local communities and stakeholders to advance the needs of young people and the African ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Volunteer Coordination and Community Engagement skills
• Experience in policymaking, policy influencing, and advocacy
• Skills in program development and skill-building initiatives
• Strong collaboration and partnership development abilities
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal
• Ability to work effectively on-site in Meerut
• Experience in youth development and understanding of African ecosystems is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Public Administration, or related field
