Job Description:
ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company (payroll ,invoicing, and other transactions)
- Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting
- Participate in strategic data analysis, research, and modeling for senior company leadership
- Coordinate with other bank production managers (IT, Business, Control, HR) to manage interdependencies and solve impediments – schedule meetings and workshops as required
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements
- Manage the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Understand and evaluate cash flows scenarios
- Analyze financial data
- Forecast future earnings and expenses
- Understand and apply contract provisions
- Oversee vendor or government contracts
- Implement contract compliance policy
- Use and understand statistical modeling software and spreadsheets
PREFERRED
- High numeracy and technical skills
- Problem solving skills and initiative
